Our R&D Division is primed to meet the challenge of creating flavours and fragrances to suit our clients’ needs. Perfumers at our Bangalore R&D centre do this by continuously mapping the changing tastes and preferences of perfume aficionados across demographics and geographies.
Our strength is our tradition, but our motto is to experiment continuously to reflect the changing tastes. Our products are usually a blend of 30 to 50 fragrance components which are weighed and mixed in precise measures in our in-house laboratory to create replicable formulae for the finest of fragrances.

Our manufacturing facility in Bengaluru is top-of-the-line and we work around three key elements: product quality, product diversity and product value. The production unit of HFF (P) Ltd., Bangalore, is considered a benchmark in the fragrance and flavour industry in India. The plant is well-equipped with imported and indigenous machinery, to ensure unparalleled product quality and volumes.
We are expanding with the times, installing newer machinery, precision equipment and quality control systems that are state-of-the art. For us manufacturing is never divorced from our search for perfection. Each day the perfumer would return to his composition, smelling and adjusting the formula, to meet the standard requirement. The compatibility of the fragrance with the end-product is tested time and again to ensure that perfume lovers get the best in the world.

A persistent quest for purity
We manufacture flavours and fragrances in strict compliance with our stringent quality assurance norms. All of our compositions are computerized to ensure consistency in the recreation of the original fragrance. Samples from each batch are tested for stability and shelf life under a variety of conditions.
No stone is left unturned in our quest for best quality raw materials. Each ingredient is subjected to microprocessor gas-based and liquid chromatography analysis to ensure that we get fragrances that truly reflect the desires of our clients. Our quality control methodology is open for verification. Bulk production begins only after several rounds of tests and approvals lasting several days and weeks.
